The kookaburra is surrounded by numerous creatures it is known to feed on. As you look into this image you may notice: leaf insects, phasmids, frogs, spiders and varius insects. So take your time and allow them to appear, as the more you look the more you see.

Released as a limited edition (99) archival pigment print. This Kookaburra image is part of the Northern Exposure collection 2013 and features in the Australiana series. Iconic native Australian animals are a reoccuring theme in my work. Some of these artworks will form the content of a childrens book.
